Shilpidea’s Return Policy

 

Shilpidea.com offers a 7 working days replacement guarantee for all products sold on Shilpidea.com. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation, and not applicable in cases of damages due to normal wear, tear & any type of use, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the buyer.

 

Buyers may notify us of any damage or defect within 7 working days from the date of delivery, and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product.

 

The refund policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

 

Please ensure you pack the item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.

 

 

 

 

Shilpidea’s Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel your order before your product shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Until the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting customer support.

 

In this case, once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Shilpidea.com.

 

You have the option to request a cash refund, in which case the money will be refunded back to the source from which you had originally paid, or opting for a voucher that can be redeemed on Shilpidea.com
