Shilpidea’s Return Policy

Shilpidea.Com Shop offers a 7 working days replacement guarantee for all products sold on our store. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation. This does not apply to damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, incidental damage, malfunctioning due to negligence, or buyer’s fault.

Buyers must notify us of any damage or defect within 7 working days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a smooth return, the product condition will be checked before processing the replacement or refund. If the same product is not in stock, we may offer an alternate product.

The refund policy does not apply to:

  • Consumable items which have been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Damage/defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or box.

Please ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service.

Shilpidea’s Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund the full amount. Until the order is shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting customer support.

Once cancellation is requested, we need up to 5 business days to process it and initiate the refund. After we initiate the refund, banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to complete it. Please contact your bank directly in case of delays.

You may choose between:

  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • A voucher that can be redeemed on Shilpidea.Com Shop.
