Frequently Asked Questions

We keep getting a number of queries, so we thought it might be a good idea to list some of them down and save you a phone call. We'll keep adding to these as we go along:

Do you have a physical store as well?

Yes, We have physical store as well as we are selling sell online, because of which we can hope to offer you a wider range of art and craft materials, as well as better prices, not to mention the convenience of ordering from your home, and receiving your order at your doorstep.

You can also pick your products directly from store and save shipping charges applicable.

 

What payment options do you accept?

Currently, we only accept online payments. The payment gateway is managed by Paytm, PayUMoney & Paypal which serves as the payment gateway for most of the e-commerce websites in India. 

This (a) ensures security for your transactions and (b) provides you with the widest range of payment options, be it credit cards, debit cards, net banking, etc.

Alternatively however, if you would prefer to make a direct online transfer, drop us an email on shilpidea@gmail.com, and we will provide you with our bank account details.

 

Are these all the art and craft materials that you stock?

Not only art & craft material we stock, we have also handcrafted items that you can buy for home, office & gifting purpose. ! Just keep visiting every Monday – As the days are passing, we are increasing our range of products.

 

Where all do you ship?

All over India ... and a whole lot of other places as well. We have covered every state in India.

 

How do you ship my order?

We have tied up with reputed courier service provider, for our shipments. Our preferred courier service providers are Delhivery, Aramax, DTDC, XbressBees & IndiaPost, since they have the wide coverage in India, and provide the fastest service. However, we also work with other couriers who provide us with equally good service. We normally estimate 5-7 business days for delivery from the time the order is shipped, but depending on the time you place your order, you could get it earlier. Some orders are also shipped through India Post, where we have experienced that they provide better service.

 

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an email on your provided email address with the tracking details once your order is shipped. If you provided a mobile number, while placing the order, you will receive a sms with the tracking details as well.

 

How do I know my order will not get damaged?

"The proof of the pudding is in the eating" as they say :) So we suggest you place an order to see how many layers we pack your order in - all to make sure you get it in mint condition. In the unlikely event that you are the first to receive your art/craft materials in damaged condition, send us a note on shilpidea@gmail.com, and we would be happy to replace it free of cost.
